What if a book is not for me?

Ask within 15 days of buying. You get all your money back. I may ask what didn't work, but your refund never depends on the answer.

Every purchase has its own 15 days.

How do I ask for a refund?

Three ways. Click the refund link that came in your Hotmart purchase email. Or log in at consumer.hotmart.com and open the purchase.

Or write to [email protected], and tell me the email you bought with.

Where does the money go, and how fast?

Back to the same card or PayPal. Usually your bank shows it within 5–10 business days.

Will I be charged if I cancel during the free week?

No. You have 7 free days. If you cancel within them, you are charged nothing.

Is the membership covered by the guarantee as well?

Its first payment is. The 15-day money-back guarantee covers the first membership payment.

How do I cancel, and what happens next?

Whenever you like, at consumer.hotmart.com: membership, then payment settings, then cancel subscription. Or write to me.

You keep getting letters until the month you paid is over. Then there are no more charges. Past months are not refunded.

I forgot to cancel. Can I still write to you?

Write to me within 15 days of that charge, or of any charge made by mistake.

If I unsubscribe from the letters, is my membership cancelled?

No, and this matters. Unsubscribing stops the letters, but not the membership payment.

To stop paying, cancel at consumer.hotmart.com.

Can I write to you after the 15 days?

After that, write to me anyway. A refund is never refused.
